The season between Thanksgiving and Christmas sparks the taste buds and derails even the healthiest eaters. Moderation is the key, and if you eat healthy ten months of the year then why not! Here’s a goodie…just don’t count the calories.
EggNog French Toast
Bakery fresh bread (day old is fine)
3 Eggs slightly beaten
2 Cups Eggnog
1-2 tsp Cinnamon
Dash of Vanilla
Mix ingredients together and cook over warm griddle using butter (yes butter…the eggnog alone destroyed any healthy content). Serve with more butter and warm Maple Syrup.
